MSGC SENTENCING PRACTICES DATA REPORTS

The reports below contain information on sentencing practices for select crimes (e.g., Felony DWI), as well as for more general offense types (e.g., Criminal Sexual Conduct offenses).  Much of the information found in these reports is year-specific, based on the most recent years' sentencing data.  The reports also contain some trend information on sentencing practices over time.  

Sentencing Practices Data Reports from previous years are available upon request.  Please contact MSGC if you wish to obtain a report from an earlier year.  

Unless otherwise indicated, all of the reports are in PDF format, in order to minimize formatting issues when opened in various web browsers.  In order to view these reports, it is necessary to have Adobe Reader® installed on your computer.  If needed, please click on the icon below to install Adobe Reader®.
