REPORTS TO THE LEGISLATURE

Annual Reports to the Legislature

The Sentencing Guidelines Commission completes an annual Report to the Legislature, which contains Adopted Modifications to the Sentencing Guidelines, County Attorney Reports on Criminal Cases Involving Firearms, and a summary of the Commission's activities during the previous year.

The 2012 report features bookmarks and links in the Table of Contents:

• Table of Contents:  To toggle back and forth between the table of contents and the report body, select the “view previous” and “view next” arrows on the “Page Navigation Toolbar.”
